It looks like a good location, and the kitchen is a reasonable size. But the balcony is not really a proper balcony-you can put a dog in there, and that's all. The bedroom needs to be bigger. It's just a glorified hotel room with a kitchen. It's great for short stays and rentals. But the bedroom and balcony are overlooked, so you have no privacy. It is certainly not something you can make a home. Good luck.

Thank you for your comprehensive comment. It is indeed a great location. The room size is 30% larger than new properties on the market for the same price, where most at this size are over THB 6 million. The balcony is large enough to have a small table and two chairs as well as a washing machine in the corner. The bedroom is also much larger than newer comparative properties as well as the bathroom. The room may be overlooked but the mature estate next door does not get a lot of visitors. We appreciate the feedback on the video!
