    Wouldn’t it be better if you just perform partial reps in the upper part of the movement?

      Not actually muscle growth is maximum when resistance is high in stretched position of muscle so not extending your leg fully is comparatively better

    There was no explanation as to why this would benefit anyone. There was no obvious rehabilitation involved like your channel name suggests and a very tiny range of motion is ineffective for gaining muscle.
