- Hello to all fans of lego history and cartoons! Today on my channel is a new lego animation about the German invasion of France in 1940.
The Battle of the Maginot Line, which occurred in 1940 during World War II, was not so much a battle in the traditional sense as it was a strategic maneuver by the German army. The Maginot Line was a complex system of fortifications, obstacles, and weapons installations built by France along its eastern border with Germany. It was intended to deter any potential invasion from the east.
However, the Germans, under the command of General Erich von Manstein, executed a daring plan known as the "Sichelschnitt" or "Sickle Stroke." This involved bypassing the heavily fortified Maginot Line by invading through Belgium, which was not as heavily defended. The Germans used a combination of fast-moving armored units and infantry to swiftly penetrate deep into French territory.
While the Maginot Line itself did see some fighting, particularly in the northern sector, it did not play a decisive role in the German invasion of France. Instead, the Germans outflanked the Line, leading to the rapid collapse of French defenses and the eventual fall of France in June 1940.

Not to be petty or anything but the Panzer IV F2 was never used in action until 1942. But good animation none the less. Keep it up!

if you ever plan on remaking this, you can shorten the barrel by using a cylinder piece and and a cone piece to make it a short barrel Panzer 4 A, which was used in the Polish and French invasion,

you could try and lower the translation voice so it sounds more realistic or go in to fl studio and put in the vocals you have and put on some mixing on it so it sounds more realistic and further away. it sounds hard and it prob is but i think it would make your animtaions a little better

Not to be mean or anything I’m just going to help you for your stop motions in the future but the French have the wrong Machine gun you can search up what machine gun they used and you can search Lego French machine gun and you can buy one :)

Hi, are you referring to the editing program? If yes, Sony Vegas. I build Lego myself, the animation is done with Stop Motion
At description you say germans attacked through Belgium, which is true, however it was nothing like in the WWI.
The main attack was through ardennes forrest to english channel, encircling french and british troops stationed in Belgium and northern France. (Allies expected Germany to attack same way as it had in WWI)
