The handlebar bend and fairing clearance is different on the F850. These can not be installed safely on that bike as they will contact the fairing/dash at full lock.
We haven't tried to install these with those bar ends but it looks like they are considerably longer than the OEM ones. I don't expect these two parts to work together without any issues or modifications.
