Ellie its very interesting hearing about your Gluten journey, having been a Coeliac for many years i used to get strange symptoms too very very bad cramp in my hands to the point working in an office was very difficult, i had that for 5 years before i was diagnosed along with continual tummy upsets and being very under weight, but the cramp was so weird, no one seemed to know why then the dreaded tube down my throat and hey diagnosed and have been on g/f ever since, i am sorry to hear your not feeling your best hope your feeling better soon xx
Oh my goodness that sounds awful!! I’m so sorry you had to deal with that for 5 years - honestly I think gluten is one of the hardest things to pinpoint and diagnose! Thank you so much my angel 🤍
@@PetiteElliee It is a lot better now to when i was diagnosed, a tube down not nice but that is the only way, i dont miss ordinary food now, got used to g/f and its not that bad to be honest takes some adjusting , i very rarely eat out for me that is a nightmare, really enjoyed the shopping trip and you are so right marks and sparks are much better now, hope your feeling better and really loving the daily vlogs too xx
I'm celiac. It's horrendous living with it,if I eat gluten mistakenly, I'm seriously ill. For 3/4 days, every bone in my body aches, and I get ulcers all over my mouth and a very busy bum. I'm sorry to hear about your migraines, I suffer from hemaplegic ones. Thank you for sharing, as I've never heard of periplegic one's,sorry if my spelling is off, totally guessing. 😂

Oh you poor thing, that sounds awful!! Maybe your migraines are linked to your celiac?! Ahahaha sorry I meant hemiplegic but I always say it wrong 😂🙈
@@PetiteElliee I get migraines regularly. I'm pretty certain that cluster headaches are with me rather than migraines.
I hope you feel better soon.
