When i spell the mantra, my body hurts (especially in the back). Could you tell me why? Thank you Sir 🙏
Can somebody please write the mantra below ? I can’t make all the letters. Or because it’s a mantra you cannot write it ? I remember somebody told me that a long time I go ( when I first began meditating with my mantra )
