- Middle of November camping trip on the Rubicon Trail. We brought our Can-Am Maverick R, Paul had his Polaris RZR Turbo S, Ducky had his Can-Am Maverick X3 RC and Steve and Travis were in a 4 seat Turbo S.
Our Maverick R is outfitted with:
- 35-inch System 3 Off-Road DX440 tires mounted on Can-Am 15-inch wheels
- Rugged Radios intercom and radio
- PRP Seats and Harnesses
- Factory UTV UHMW skid plate and rock sliders
- Sector Seven Mirrors/Lights
- Can-Am Storage Boxes, Door Bags and Tire Carrier
- Alpine Designs Seat Storage Tray
- ICECO JP40 powered cooler with Jackery 1000 portable power
Our front sway bar has been disconnected.
That Maverick R going over rocks looks as smooth riding as a boat over waves. Just floating.
Hey- Utv- excellent -
Mine is supposed to be delivered this month and I plan on mainly crawling with it. Looked like it crawled really well but I’ve been a bit hopeful on the gearing. Hopefully I’m making the right choice.
Gearing solid. You made the right decision
We're on a borrowed trail... Here you are cutting down trees for wood 😂😂😂
Did not cut down any trees. The chunk Steve was cutting was dead and down on the ground.
Beautiful riding area so scenic 👍👍
So much weight up high, that center of gravity is fucked
I'm pretty sure that can am designed the Maverick R to compete for King of the Hammers, where rock crawling habilities is a must.
Surprisingly enough, they did not. But several top racers are pushing them.
With all the fire wood out there on the trail you bring invasive food in what a rookie flat lander utv fool
As the crow flies we are 40 miles from the trailhead. Doubt there is any “invasive” things.
