Using your nails can actually damage your nail and waste some nail polish..
Use perfume, spray some on your nails and on a tissue/cotton swap/cloth and wipe it off. It may take a few tries depending upon the amount of Perfume you use but it WILL work.

If you want to go even easier you can just use nail polish peel off that they usually sell they come in very much colors that you can buy and if you want to take them off you just need to peel them that's all
