Could you do one Antagonist superset workout series? Just a suggestion, if you are not interested then fine. Where opposing muscles are worked back to back like chest&back, triceps&biceps, quads&hams, shoulder&traps. One set per exercise and one abs workout each day 4 days plan. There are lots of benefits to this way of training and saves time. Also, add some workouts for weaker muscles like lower hamstring->leg curl alternative(knee-based movement not the hip one), traps & rear delts->face pull, gluteus medius->may be single leg workouts enough, lower traps & lateral delts->Y raises and finally something for calves. I have noticed your workouts do concentrate on these muscles, just reminding you. And thank you so much for providing the most extensive library of TRX workouts to us for free.
