In just his third game as the staring QB, Tajh Boy made a name for himself. Auburn came into Clemson as the defending national champions and also with a 17-game winning streak. After trailing 14-0 in the first quarter, Boyd took as he threw for nearly 400 yards and 4 TDs. Clemson would go on to win this game 38-24 and end Auburn's winning streak. This game would be just the first of many great performances for Boyd while playing for Clemson.
    Stats: 30-42, 386 Yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs, 7 CAR, 30 Yards
