Was hitting his legs more of a defensive positioning decision, or is tripping Zinogre more profitable than hitting his head? I know IG's swings are wide, but the BnB combo does hit his head fairly well iirc.
tripping him makes his horns vulnerable and safe to break. I always use Dual Blades against him back in 3U but I started using IG because of this guy. I can't wait for MHXX US release

what kinsect did you use. I want to learn how to use kinsect but it's feels complicated especially when the kinsect is so customizable. I want to try this build to practice with but it doesn't say what kind of kinsect was used.
If your first getting into kinsect, just add speed nectar and nothing else. You will be able to get triple up faster, and, later on, get affinity boosts by getting white from the monster.

From what I read online insect glaive isn't as good for speedruns as it was in 4u. To me it feels nearly the same unlike cb which feels a lot Different to me in gen. Is it worse because it's motion values got nerfed, or did the other weapons just get better motion values. Or is it still just as good as it was in 4u.

TsukiMiyaRinna is right, but sometimes they would use a Felvine Bomb while eating a Might Seed, not only does this cancel the flexing part but also give a visual indication when the Might Seed's effects are gone

legs are weakspots as well and can be hit consistently

YummyCarrot i think event hyper monsters have more health than regular hyper monsters
Usually, i even guess always, event monsters has way more hp and atk multiplier than normal ones. Check Kiranico for the exact values.

you unlock certain Arts and things through questlines. Personally i forget what quest but if you keep at the quests in the Hub youll get it eventually
