Thank you so much- such kind words! I think the thing about ID/LXD is everyone does it differently. I KNOW I would make more money in corporate but I was a teacher, so higher education is where I practice. What I do as an ID in HED is WAY different than people I know who were in corporate. Our field needs some common direction.
