Thank You, This video was really helpful. I just received my willow pump and I’ve done the flip to finish several times and still kept having milk coming out the top of the flex tube when I slide up the thumb grip door. But I will try again and hopefully no milk will be left in the top of the tube! Again thank you great video! 🥰

Open the pump from the bag /flange.
Undo the rubber valve (that's full of milk) on the rubber clear end first keeping it up so doesn't leak.
Then cap the rubber end you just took off (of the valve) and squeeze it. This forces the milk into the bag along with a little air from the valve.
Then you don't have to guess or run the motor to empty multiple times. 💚 💜 💙

Do you happen to have a trick on how to reduce having air in the bags?! There’s usually so much space remaining in the bags but the app will still say it’s full.

I have the same question. How to reduce the air. I freeze my breast milk and don’t want it to take up a lot of air.

Hi thanks for the video we recently got this pump the one problem we’re having with it is the milk is pooling up in the flange tunnel where the nipple sits and not being sucked into the milk bag its happening on both , any ideas? Thanks again.

It's easiest to get every drop out from the containers by simply pulling the flex tube connection off the container and then carefully pouring from it into the collection bottle.
There's no real need to transfer the remnants from the flex tube into the container first as you can simply pour it directly.
Generally should avoid trying to pour any remnants from the wide flange opening, because there's no spout doing it that way, and it'll easily miss the bottle opening.

Did you do research between the willow and elvie pump before buying the willow? If so, what sold you on the willow?

Well... I like reviewing Breastpumps so I ordered both! 🙈 The thing that would be the deal breaker for me, is how much you plan to move around while pumping. If you’re wanting to move and multitask, Willow for sure. The Elvie will leak if you’re moving or bending too much. But if you plan to be pretty stationary at a desk or home in the couch etc, Elvie is great. I’ll be doing some videos on the Elvie in November.

@@NewLittleLife Oh great. Thank you. I love how detailed you are in your videos and I love that you do set up videos on how to set up pumps.

With the reusable containers for the willow, are you still able to multitask? Or is it kind of like the elvie where you have to be stationary?
