The sector is located at a distance of 4 km from the NH-48 (Delhi-Jaipur Expressway). Sector 79 is located close to Sectors 76, 78, 77, 80 and 84. The locality has few multi-story apartments with scope for real estate development as New Gurgaon is emerging as one of the reality hotspots.
The locality is well-connected to the other prominent sectors of Gurgaon via NH-48. Sector 79 is 5 km from SPR which connects it with Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road. Sec 79B mei future appreciation kya hoga? If aravali is there it means forest area kafi close hai so future development jada expect nhi kr skte and we cant expect much appreciation when compare to Sohna (delhi-Mumbai expressway)..what do you think on this aspect???? You are right. Price isn’t justified for this sector. Easily the worst sector of Gurgaon. Builder created false hype to sell inventory. Night time jao sec 79 mein, dobara nahi jaoge😅
Bhai, tere Maine bhot comment dekhe hain sec 79 ko criticize karte. Aisi ki kya Teri jalti hai sector 79 se. Main reh raha hoon godrej main, sab badhiya hai. Ab to naurangpur se nh8 Wali road bhi achi bana di hai.
