Hello, from Imus po kami! Very good question/s. Yung sa house, most Filipinos rent a place or a room depende na din kung ilan kayo. Usually pag single pwedeng room rent lang. Pag family, house ang rent. as for the transpo, I would say YES. It's a necessity dito sa NZ ang may kotse. NZ does not have UVExpress/Trikes/Jeeps. So katulad namin who live around 3km away from the nearest grocery kailangan namin ng kotse.

Please note that in any level of skill, NZ is not a training ground for newbies or seldom a newbie will be taken in. Maybe for those who carry a load of educational achievements at natyempuhan na swak sa hinahanap ng employer but still will need to pass through INZ parameters and that's where the difficulty lies.

Di na ata need ng OEC kapag straight from SG ka. Yun nga lang, hindi ka registered OFW. Pag direct hire from SG, no need na umuwi pinas.
