30% bonus is given when your CTC is within 10-12 LPA, higher level with CTC above 30 LPA usually gets around 10% of CTC that's the industry trend
im a fresher, in the offer letter it is written that joining bonus is 25k. can we counter it too?

bro, can you tell me my last CTC was 475000, 4.5 years experience and now I got selected in Accenture what will be CTC approx I did well in the interview and it was for query management, and how much will be in hand salary? I submitted the LOA on Saturday so when can I expect the offer letter and salary discussion? and which level i can expect and how much would be joining bonus?
Joining bonus is waste, You seems to be inexperienced person and influencing wrong info. If for any reason person has to leave company within 12 months they need to pay entire amount before leaving. One more thing you will receive JB after tax deduction but if you leave in 12 months you need to pay entire amount. Joining bonus companies give so as to make employee stay for at least 1 year.

No. They still give bonus but they have limited it to only some positions which are hard to fill or tale time to fill
Hello, I had accepted the offer from Accenture but there was a company ( not so renowned start up) whose interview happened before accenture but they provided the offer letter now without any negotiation their offer is more than Accenture and my joining with Accenture is also near like 30th october so is it good to ask for matching the second offer received or they can scrap the existing offer letter.
They will never scrap but your doj might get postponed for few days because of new ctc approvals . Otherwise no problem .
Hi, I have cleared technical round at Accenture and got a mail from HR that I I am glad to inform you that you have cleared all the previous rounds of interview. We will reach out to you soon for an HR interview and got a link to complete the EAF and documents upload and I have uploaded all the required documents including signed LOA and submitted EAF also and when I was expecting my HR round I am even unable to login into portal and getting message that you are not authorized.
I am shocked what happened? there is no message from HR and POC also not responding. Could you please guide me on this??

For some after uploading all the documents suddenly dashboards starts from starting ( schedule interview).
Difficult to trust Accenture. Only hr can help.please call back same hr.

I got an offer letter and Joining bonus is not mentioned. Still can I ask Hr regarding it ?
Then you can better wait when around 1 month of notice period would be left and meanwhile get some other offer which you can show them as counter offer.
In accenture there is condition like if we join before one month then only they provide joining bonus.. Is it true??

Currently Accenture is paying 25k as joining bonus to fresher.
I guess u r in training. Once you clear the training then in the first or 2nd month salary u might get it, if it’s mentioned in your offer letter.

Have offer from Accenture as 10 fixed and cognizant as 12.5 fixed and asked Accenture to match with cognizant but max giving 11.2 and which is better to join
Totally depends on project brother. Little bit accenture has more weightage as it's policy are more employee friendly and I believe your first preference is also accenture. so if not ctc , ask accenture to provide joining bonus . Then you can join accenture.
Nowdays accenture is providing hefty joining bonus, so you can try asking that.

Last year both company have fired employees. Now in case of job security accenture has upper hand as in cts many people are joining with high cts. So can't predict future.
Work life balance deepends on project.

Better call hr and tell him/her about counter offer.
Revise of CTC depends on them. But if they won't be able to revise atleast they will increase joining bonus.

Nothing like that. People with 3 months notice period also gets. Depends on negotiation and requirements of that skill.

No not for all. In case your expected ctc is above their budget and Accenture can’t afford your expected salary , then they pay joining bonus.

You can try one thing though..You can write politely to Accenture in an email that you wouldn't be able to join them and you are getting a better opportunity interma of compensation and you are grateful towards them for giving them that offer.
If they consider to revise your offer you would be in a happy situation
