this dude is really intelligent. i'm glad you asked about how race affects him as a designer. i thought his answer was great, not necessarily how he directly answered the question, but b/c it shows the amount of thought that has to go into it for someone like him in dealing with things like racism, discrimination, mentalities, etc. if people could try to understand what it's like to have to think about these things daily, we're in a better place. great interview.
Absolutely superb talk by Jared, really inspiration for me as I am the same age as him. Nice to see how others have gained experience and to learn from them is great. Please keep these coming! Just gutted I can't make the event itself.
Many hurdles on the privacy side, but if executed well, Copper sounds like a ridiculously awesome product with massive potential - love the "when I'm a grandpa" anecdote re: passwords. So much great content in this interview. Really enjoyed it. Great job.
This interview is so good! This helps me so much as a freelancer being female. I don't really have the network I really want to expand my skills other than using RUclips. It helps me define a direction for me. Thank you.
Just wondered how Jared dealt with being taken seriously by senior more experienced designers in the industry being young at 21 and a babyface without commercial experience? What's his motivation to succeed?
I don't think I was half as articulate as Jared at 21 or 32 for that fact. Super sharp.

Great one! keep going.
Guy is so switched on for a young guy. Not sure I understood team and project dynamics to talk about them that well in my 20s
LOVE IT DANN!
