Tifereth תפארת, has a stress on the second syllable Tif-E-reth; Yesod יסוד has a shvah under the yud (not a chirik/ hirik), so the stress would come on the second syllable. Each letter, nekudah and word in Lashon haKodesh in s'farim k'doshim carry very powerful meaning and symbolism.
