He withdrew from the Paris Climate Accord which was a collaboration of countries to work together in combating Climate Crisis that is now visible and undeniably causing catastrophes all over the planet. If he pardons Snowden who he was going to part, he was thinking about Assange, but was absolutely going to pardon Snowden and release the Kennedy classified documents.
