lucky were those people born during the lifetime of guru nanak and other sikh gurus.....guru was always there to rescue them when faced with distressing circumstances and guide/enlighten them to the right path.....whom do we reach out to now when we are disillusioned, facing distressing circumstances and when god does not seem to respond or come to rescue ?
It's the hardworking professionals in all communities Who most bring positivity in our lives Never into procrastinating negativity Their own needs unhesitatingly sacrifice Truth and non violence be their creed On faces be friendly, not plastic smiles Be givers who strongly believe in justice See how love shines in their twinkling eyes? The devious and scheming oft be our grief Misuse religion, can only foment hate While souls who bring hope in our lives In "Work is Worship" have more faith The good need no country for themselves Would you stay put as sons of the soil? Turn to the Sri Guru Granth Sahib everything is in there. And there are still sant around. Just really hard to find them lol
