    Shame I’ve used all 10kg of plums. Just made apple scrap jelly. For years I’ve been getting rid of the cores and peelings. Bumper crop of apples this year. I used the spruce eats recipe. I got about 4 small jars from 2 buckets of apples. The colour is outstanding. I’m sure I had it with quinces once on a ploughman’s. Compost still got the leavings. 😂
