I hear a lot about the 7/8 pattern being easy, at the same time I did't ear anyone do it like him, the flow and tempo control on that easy beat with THAT power. Bring me someone who does it like him than i believe it's easy. Still think it's a deserved win for inertia.

Maybe he's exaggerating a bit when he says it's easy, but many would agree that it was indeed a basic 7/8 pattern.
You'd think you could expect more from the former world champ flexing his signature tempo, not just doing the easiest version of it.

I love technical stuff if it is clean and if it has melody and bass with it, I'm absolutely not vibing with Alem, so I really can't grasp how this battle is even supposed to be called close
In my mind Alem's style and beats are absolutely outdated, but maybe it's just me not being able to find enjoyment in his beats, if it's not in tag team I almost enjoy every other technical beatboxer more than him
Sounds also should be clean, Alem pushes so much power into the mic so that cleanlyness gets missing on the way, or I just don't like the way his sounds sound

Hot take: After hearing the same style from Inertia since Codfishes Call of Duty videos its gotten really old.
Thinking about Alem behaviour that sounded more cringy than aggressive, his beatbox sounds a bit messy (missing cleanliness like his pf snare or chest bass, too much air sounds) and weird structures while Inertia was very clean and powerful but missing technicality (but who need this when you roll on the sound system?). That was a no match for me
well... inertia also have a lot and i mean a lot of time issues, the only issue with Alem is that he does not feel updated.. i mean take one of his older battles and he sounds better
I feel like Alem got robbed, they were equal when it came to using their styles but he shouldve won from battle sense. I dont hate Inertai I used to enjoy his style until it came too repetitive
Inertia is my King, but he's also the f'n swag master! Some people get tired of his inward bass but he has so many styles with it it's grimey and I love it. Idc what anyone says.
