Is Microsoft user subscription for Azure related to what is being specified in management groups, or both are different concepts ?
Can we transfer subscription (and Azure credits) from one email id to another ?

I have a question... It may soud dumb as well... Learning a cloud technology is mandatory for a full stack developer?? Or it's a completely different entity which doesn't depend on technical skills like Angular, Asp.net core/Java...
What I specifically asked is can we survive in IT with knowing only cloud knowledge or the above mentioned tech skills also necessary along with cloud technology
