Not VW's responsibility when people in USA change their exhaust system. No TDI, even Euro 5 in Germany is running like that if maintained properly. The "dirt" which the Euro 5 TDI's produce way to much are the particles you can't even see with your eyes.
Looks like no one bothers to look at another video of this car. This car is not stock. V10 TDI doesn't produce that much smoke and also engine on this car is not finished, it's got smoke tune.

Which means that the amount of fuel sprayed in to the cylinder is higher (to get more power) this would not mean a lot of smoke in normal environments, however this is cold environment which means that the car computer also increased the fuel ratio to get the engine running faster in cold weather. So on top of already increased fuel mixture, the computer added additional increase to compensate cold weather.. That`s why we see a lot of smoke which is simply unburned fuel. It is hard enough to guess a correct mixture in this weather even due to the point that colder air has more mass, so the engine takes in more air than it should in different conditions. So majority of diesels smoke in winter until they get their engine hot.

Główną wadą bedzie wtedy jedynie kosmiczne spalanie (chociaz jak na te pojemność i moc to w sumie nie do konca) na poziomie min 20l no chyba ze jesteś masochistą to 14 :P

There's nothing wrong with it, it's a diesel and I assume it doesn't have a stock exhaust system
