I've seen so many complaints with this cvs remote customer service position. The main complaint I've seen is the training being rushed. I would most definitely apply to this position if the training was up to standards. I think this is why they are constantly hiring because they cant keep employees. Nobody wants to work for a company that doesn't care if their employees are struggling to do their job because their training is shoved in a few weeks and are expected to perform well. It dont make sense
Same with AAA… passed all of my tests and after moving out on my own taking emergent calls from ppl that their cars broke down… No one showed me how to find the GPS coordinates if the poor person only knew limited info. A few weeks being on my own one of the CSR’s showed me. Would’ve saved a lot of time had the trainers taught that. They cut our training from 8weeks down to six weeks bc it was right before the holidays and they just needed ppl asap. I was there for a few months. I decided it wasn’t for me.
I got an email from cvs saying training is 7 weeks long, so maybe they changed it in the 9 months since you wrote this. I’m not sure if I should take the job, they finally got back to me for an on the phone interview after months of my application being sent to them
I really appreciate you sharing! Looks like I do not want to apply for this after all after you were transparent about not enough training. Even with lots of all the comments saying similar, I’m not sure if all the stress of not enough training is worth it. But I’m glad you’re doing fine with your other work at home gig.

I totally relate to how you felt about the training not being enough. The initial two weeks were good and i liked my trainers, but once those two weeks were over, it was apparent that two weeks isn’t enough time to train and learn all the information for the job. In short, I no longer work for the company because it ultimately wasn’t for me. Thank you for sharing your experience!

@@AmazingUTAM What are some of the questions that the hiring leader asks? I have a video interview coming up and I’m nervous pray for me
@@tpat1121 Hello, don't be nervous. They will ask you general questions like: past job experience, what would you do in certain situations, how would you handle irate customers, make sure to mention one call resolution. The questions are just call center interview questions. Your on camera while interviewing, just smile and be yourself don't over think it. You got this!!
Super sad you have to be vaccinated … def need exemptions, won’t take the jab no matter what
I come from the medical field and finding this to be an issue. Ugh…🙏🏽
I just got hired for CVS starting training next week. My 2 littles I will have to pick up from the bus stop. Do they allow for breaks. What companies do you recommend? I was look king at Kaiser remote employment.
Congrats!! on your new position!! Yes, you will get breaks and a lunch break, just talk to your supervisor for specific times you need to see if they would be able to accommodate you. I will make another video soon about the companines I've work for in the past (working from home.) Thanks for Watching!! Peace & Blessing!!
@@AmazingUTAM Can you make a video of your most favorite places you worked at remotely? Thank you for your time!
Girl! Are you still with CVS? How is it going?
Does this remote job offer overnight positions ?
Hello, depending on your area but I believe the hours are 7am-11pm CST 7 days a week. Thank you for watching!!
@@AmazingUTAM hi thank you for the info! What hours did cvs require you to work? Was it 40 a week? Did u get a day off? Was it a 9-5?
Did u have to return the computer?
Hello, Yes you have to return the equipment if you no longer work for the company. Thanks for Watching 💞
Was it a oral or urine drug test?
I believe it was urine at the time. Thank you for watching
Can anyone help me with CVS remote hiring policy? I would like to know if CVS hire internationally for its remote jobs? Example: Hiring from India for US based postion ( REMOTE). Please let me know Thanks

You need to be vaccinated ??? For a remote job ??? Fr their was an option on there that says cause I'm remote I won't need it cause I'm not working in the environment.
Unless they have changed the rules. You will still need to be vaccinated.. I said the samething, why do you have to be vaccinated and your working from home. Thanks for watching!!
@@AmazingUTAM well I applied for the claims benefit specialist so hopefully they don't care about that. If they still do forget them I'm not taking a shot lol
