My question is why a company would require you to have a BS Degree but pay you $15 hr. Thats sketchy to me. Most of these jobs I have applied to have either ghost me or denied me.

I would advise people with degrees to look into claims positions. Most companies train for pretty good pay. Good luck🎉

Its the minimum wage thing. They can hire reps from other states cheaper than they would have to pay you.
