Just level it the out fashion way with a couple of leveling bubble stuck on the RV and blocks under the tires. My leveling system never breaks or has any problems.
That's how we always did it. We actually have to blocks on one side now. It's not the leveling that's an issue for us. But we do like the stabilization when you have a family of five all doing different things at once plus a washer and dryer. The ground control 3.0 really stabilizes this trailer and it hardly moves when it's down. Well worth the investment in my opinion. However whenever it does break it's always good to know the little cheat codes to get around the problem.
Because we love everything else about RVing. Just adding to my list of things I gotta fix. We will have a bit of down time and I hope I can get that list taken care of then.
I will definitely be sending you a message, any trick I can learn with this system is well worth it. I have that jack fully retracted at the moment. And putting it down manually with a wrench or a screw gun will work for long-term stays but for short-term stays, we will just keep it up. We tested out the method she suggested in this video and we were able to get all of our landing gears down except for the broken one and stabilized the RV
@@TheRVDummies yeah, I was gonna suggest the method of using the wrench at each spot. We had to do that on our last trip. I’m not sure of another trick other than that. There’s a method out there on RUclips where you lower them to 6 inches and reset system but haven’t tried it yet.

Our Lippert doesn’t work either. Our middle jacks have never worked. Send me a pm. There’s a trick. It has a thing to use wrench under there!!
