You could try one of those Pause OC Challenges! It's a video that cycles through a lot of options and you have to pause for each part (e.g. haircolor, outfit, accessory), they are really fun and can make you step out of your comfortzone.
A really fun idea that I like, is to divide the character into 4 parts and draw it with 4 different styles (Like realistic, sketch, cartoon) though that sounds really difficult 😅
