That MSRP makes ZERO sense. I was flabbergasted when you showed us the total. Even Milwaukee’s Packout system, if it were constructed similarly, doesn’t cost THAT much sheeeeeesh!
@@Ezekiel666 It's that much because it's huge, like more than double a standard setup. I think it's going to be a fairly specialized thing. You're not popping that in and out of your truck like a Packout, it's going to be a long/big job setup that would stay on site and get wheeled around. Supposed to have chargers and all sorts of stuff coming in the future. Not for me, but I can see how it would be useful for some.
I'm an auto tech and I use those maxflex gloves religiously' wash them twice a week and had the same 4 pairs for over a year. they're usually $7.00 a single pair so that price is the deal. The Milwaukee gloves are way to thick and stiff for my use.
Those maxiflex gloves actually last longer and grip better than the milwaukee gloves. We use them at work, I do sheetmetal work and we have both the maxiflex and milwaukee. I much prefer the maxiflex over the milwaukee gloves
I like you for doing in site review of the item right off the bat and be able to suggest a better option or deal- This is what’s make a difference over other RUclips reviewers. Thank you Sir!
Sorry but those MaxiFlex gloves are the "real deal" I would and will take them over the Red ones any day of the week. Before I retired, I would but these in dozen lots at Graingers Supply...
@@beebop4333 Yes they are expensive, but they do provide a service that I needed in the past. Also, being able to get what I needed when I needed it was worth it to me. Also, I just charged those expenses to whatever job/ project i was doing at the time.
I appreciate your videos and the thought you give to each product. There are many gimmicky/cheap items, so it's helpful for someone with experience to give an honest review!
When it comes to the Milwaukee t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats stuff they should be almost giving it away because it's promotion for them but some of their stuff does get pretty pricey
The Milwaukee gloves if you use them daily they do burn out pretty quick but I noticed the velcro where is out really fast so it does seem like they're making their gloves cheaper because they also don't fit like they used to.💯👍
One thing nobody ever mentions when it comes to jigsaw blades you want to get the up stroke cutting blades not downstroke because you get a finer cut. My father is now retired and did a lot of formica work building cabinets and whatnot so when it comes to clamps I got some oldies but goodies.
Yes last year on the milwaukee 19.97 buy 3 save $10 & buy 5 save $30 had the hammers as well as the 6 n 1 pliers, and ratcheting s.driver as well as the items here such as 2pk tape measures & 2pk levels. This time around offers less options than last yr. Of coarse these may be just the ticket for some.
One thing to watch out for a lot of these so called socket sets and wrench sets that are metric are not complete sets many are missing I think its the damn 10mm and some missing the 15mm just make sure you are getting "all" the numbers in the set.
Those Husky tools are cheaper made than in the past, production has moved from Taiwan. Seems like all the tool companies are doing this except for SBD.
For drones, the max weight cannot exceed 0.55lbs, or they have to be registered for remote ID with the FAA for recreational use. That is why most cheap, off the shelf drones weight is little.
On that $34.99 drone, I think that's for the market of people who don't want to register their drones with the FAA. If the drone, with battery, and any extra load is under half a pound, it doesn't need to be registered. That may not be the case if you're using it under an FAA UAP license, but if you want your kids to have a good time with a drone, it may be the way to go. Otherwise it's going to be hard to manage in almost any wind, and chasing after that drone that can't outrun the wind it's in is a royal pain.
That tough system 2.0 is pretty rough i bought the large case on rollers for 90 bucks black friday and I think that's about the best value there are some smaller cases that could be worth it but they are odd sizes and that's why they are on sale
I can see the use case for the DXL setup, I don't have that kind of business currently though. Something to note is you can use the Toughsystem boxes with the DXL as well. As far as Milwaukee's Workskin stuff? It's pretty great. Is it worth quite the price they ask? No... but almost. If the T-shirt was $25 instead of $30 I'd say it was closer to the mark. At $20 I would buy a few. I have one that I got on sale for $18 and it is my favorite on the jobsite when I know I'm going to be sweating my balls off. It wicks sweat away well and breathes enough to keep you cooler. Plus it dries quickly so it's not like you've got a wet towel wrapped around you all day.
I think you meant Franklin stud finders not Lincoln. Also Husky has a lifetime service agreement not lifetime warranty. Not the same but still a good thing.
Went to check out my local HD here in west burbs of Chicago the other day. It looked like they mailed it in this year as far as items and price. If I wasn't so invested in green and red batteries, I'd be buying some Harbor Freight stuff.
If you're in the Ryobi toolset, the high pressure inflator is worth it ($30 one). Got it for my car and inflated my tires without an issue. good on battery as well. Filled all four tires (2 tires were about 8lbs low), and still hasn't budged from the 4 lights (4Ah battery). The digital pressure gauge isn't exact, but it's close enough for tires, I always check with a secondary gauge anyways. It tends to be about a half pound lower.
That's not even worth 99 dollars. They always sell incomplete sets and then just add bits to promote the amount of pieces that they sell. That's such a shady tactic.
That Dewault tool cart is a joke. Yes, you can swap things out and make it exactly what you want, but Holy Sh!t...The fact that you can buy two packets for much less or a proper rolling tool cart that isn't modular and still save a lot of money is pretty sad. There's no way it costs that much to make it either.
Actually it does. I'd rather support US manufacturing, but there is just some stuff I can't justify the spend on at the moment. For example the old basic Husky combo wrenches that were made in... India? Vietnam? Taiwan? I don't remember, pre-China is all I know for sure, anyway, they were awesome value for the money. It's nothing like a Wright or Proto, but they perform nearly as well for 1/4 the price. The new China stuff is pure junk.
Thumbnail Dewalt Deal - 21:45 And am I missing something, why is it so expensive? What's going on Dewalt?

They have lost their mind!

Thanks! Glad you're finding the videos helpful! I try and test out most stuff I see.
That DeWalt $900 cart is Snap-On priced!
Appreciate the honest, no-BS tool recommendations.

Graingers is so expensive. Price gougers

Totally agree. As an electrician, I prefer them over every other brand I've tried.
Agree. We get these out of the vending machines at work. They are machine washable and just keep going and going

That Dewalt modular cart is crazy priced.. but i know I'll see at least one on a jobsite from a dewalt fan somewhere.
I'll admit I am a Dewalt fan....but not a big enough fan to purchase one of those carts. :)
Don’t sleep on them dewalt 9.97 drill bits. I can say they’re honestly not bad at all!

Those gloves are great. Don't knock em till u try..

I have two of the $99 sets for farm use. They are great and have spots to keep extra stuff as well.
Is that paint discount still going? Video showed expiring in September
Milwaukee is a brand the snap on and Matco both sell on trucks now. I don’t have many Milwaukee tools but I would 100% take that over an Icon tool.
One thing to watch out for a lot of these so called socket sets and wrench sets that are metric are not complete sets many are missing I think its the damn 10mm and some missing the 15mm just make sure you are getting "all" the numbers in the set.
I have never used a 15mm socket.
@@richbenoit1840 It is used in a lot of vehicles so if your a professional mechanic you need this size.
Those Husky tools are cheaper made than in the past, production has moved from Taiwan. Seems like all the tool companies are doing this except for SBD.
True, I had an older set and bought a newer one, could definitely tell the difference between them. Still a good set for the price.
Go into store and fill cart. Then leave cart way back in corner of store and walk out.
The knock off glasses are actually nice and comfortable
Picked up a tinted and clear pair

Depends on where you live
The light has a battery saver tab on it You need to remove to work.
Ah, that's probably it.
@ I bought like 6 of them and put one in my cars and around the house for the just in case need. I already used them many times. They are good
I bought that same Milwaukee 1/2” impact and ratchet for $199 last Year

I use those dewalt bits on my drill press for 1/4" mild steel. Gotta use drill oil 😂
Great video. Thanks for this.
Glad you liked it!
I think husky have to show receipt to warranty it

Yup Franklin stud finder, sorry missed the name and your thinking Ridgid for the service agreement, Husky is a lifetime warranty.
can someone share the link of the lincoln stude finder?
Sorry its the Franklin Stud Finder! Here is the link - amzn.to/3USjokF

That is what is holding me back from switching from one brand to another. Too invested in the batteries and other tools.
Watch those Diablo bits...they are very fast but like to split wood.

Thank you, I have 2 4a Ryobi batteries for the lawn mower.
If you don't have that much money, the Husky is the best deal but best bang for your buck is the Gearwrench
Na you missed it on the maxiflex gloves
Diablo 7 1/4 inch sawblades hasn’t been on a black Friday deal in like three or four years….😡😡😡

Great Review , TY
Lmao dewalt thinking their plastic cart is worth snap on prices.
I want the dxl period!
Hey bro, can you send me the address of that homedepot?
Clermont, FL
Great video
Nice review. Total Ripoffs included though. I wouldn't pay more than $300 for that $900 plastic rolling tool chest. 😂😂😂
I love Dewalt but that $900 tool cart is way overpriced! Just my opinion.
APC Surge will pay. Had lighting hit APC paid no problem belkin did not n wanted all kids of hoops filled
Don't buy, put them out of business 😅
If you have blades from 3 years ago then you don't do mucb cutting😂😂😂. I don't even have blades from 3 hours ago😂😂😂😂. Thanks for the walkthrough.
The classic Stanley power lock tape measure is chrome, but it is PLASTIC not metal. They haven't been metal for at least 2 decades.

Harbor freight cheapest
Why bother covering ryobi? Homemaker brand.
Put the hand down lol just speak on the item
Huh?
All junk!😂
Same pot metal different Asian country. If it ain't made in the US it doesn't make any difference.
Your loss

Inflation deals.
Not really a deal
