Estate sales ran by companies, items can be very expensive! I find a lot of companies will box and take what doesn't sell for their resell. Make sure when signing contract it states what's left will be sold to auctioneer. I seen so many poor old souls be taken!!

Good Morning Sharon & Carl. Was happy to wake up & watch your video while I sip a cup of tea. Sharon you look great in blue/ cute hat & flannel. Yikes! First estate sale was very expensive. Second estate sale opposite! Love love the miniatures! ❤ wow-Only 25 cents each! Carthart always a great find-I’m always surprised anyone parts with!
Also at the 2nd estate sale you said $50 for all, you gave him $60, didn’t see them give you change?

You're so patient. I would've seen those prices at the first sale and walked straight out. After tellling them why. Do you ever give them feedback? Imagine the home owner not seeing any sales on day 1. Crazy!! A new Goodwill?! Too bad it didn't live up to your regular one. I love all the little miniatures.

You did really well with those Hagen Renaker figures. I'm so jealous. Have you ever been to the Yorktown Goodwill? It's small, but I think you might find something good. The shelves were packed today with Christmas, but an employee said it was thinning out. I'd hate to see what an overabundance was.

The first day is for looking the last day for buying. Most estate sale companies know what prices are on eBay and price the first day those prices. 😮
