17k Is fine, but dps will always depend on how the run goes, besides the obvious boon and buff uptimes, every second you're not hitting the boss the dps will go down, even when you're cc'ing the pylons. If cc'ing the pylons takes a long time your dps will be worse, if it's fast your dps will be better, and this boss was also without tethering ourseleves to the people kiting. Something above 25k would be considered good but it will always depend on many factors! 17k if you're new is alright
@@MelaonTwitch Thanks for replying. I play staff/staff Mirage. I just love that play style and don't really like playing anything else. Maybe I will try a power build though to see if I can get my dps higher.

The Deadeye pylon kiting section is EXTREMELY clear, such an important part of the fight explained in the simplest terms.

Question. I am new to raids. I was doing 17k on the final boss. Is that dps good? I see it is similar to what you guys are doing in this video

Dont have to play power to get more dps, condi builds work too
@@MelaonTwitch True. I only play Mesmer. I know Axe Mirage does good dps. I find the rotation so difficult though. I need to practice more
