It would have been great if you: 1 - TURNED YOUR MUSIC VOLUME DOWN A LOT LOWER! 2 - You narrated this process in English step by step. 3 - Showed the tools you need plus the replacement parts. I opted to buy the entire kit - guide track plus motor rather than fiddle with transferring a new motor onto and old, rather beat up track. It's been my experience that plastic parts don't hold up after 10+ years. They get brittle and crack. My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee is notorious for this. Thanks for showing more in this than any other video out there.
It seems to me that most RUclips video posters showing How-to Videos are more interested in making their uploads music videos. Imagine your algebra teacher playing Nine Inch Nails while performing equations and never says a word or working at a Nuclear Power Plant and being trained while the Beastie Boys blares out from the speakers while your superior shows you how not to destroy the planet in total silence.
What every DIY fix video seems to miss is the glass holders or clamps that are riding in the track(s). In many cases the manufacturer will put a small piece of double sided sticky tape on the window where the glass goes into the holders. If this tape or adhesive is deteriorated the clamps can only tighten on a smooth window surface and the glass slips out when the glass holders goes down. Especially if the window is hard to move. Silicone spray the tracks of the holders and the rubber window guides. I recommend not using glue on the glass or in the holders because it would make the window hard to remove from the holder if you needed to replace a broken window.
@@AliMECH Is it beautiful, do you still have it? my question is 2.0 L? It is convenient to change the aspirated does not affect? I saw another video of the engine or was it another car? great content friend 👍
@@AliMECH this: ruclips.net/video/NtQe6K7w4ag/видео.html I see a high flow filter is connected from your throttle body, did you modify it? I do not present a problem. if it improves something? I have a 2.0 engine.
I'm thinking I'm not this savy.. darn this window did the same thing two years ago. Cost me $250. I'm over it ! This car soaking me for crummy repairs like this😵
Wow! In my 2004 Oldsmobile Alero my left rear window won't roll up or just falls down and I don't wanna take it apart to fix it cuz I might break it! I'm sad and I don't rly know anyone around here in Missouri that would help fix it
Thank you for this. I now know why i m going to call a mobile mechanic!
What were u doing in the whole middle part when u were clipping the wires there is no description I feel like it's the most important part
Yeh I'm not attempting this myself
4 years later and we still don't have an answer to your question

Agree with your opinion bro, my new videos like that now
Agreed on the idea of just replacing the whole kit. I don't mind spending a little more to not have to futz with re-spooling the wires.

One more time, please...🙂
Wow you make it look so easy
so what do you actually fix?
tip: when glass is free and moved to top apply piece of tape to help keep it secured then tighten down.
you should talk, explain the steps.
Didn't think it was that easy ..thanks for this video

Not much, only the sound was much better lol
A garage charged me £100 for a new part. Wish I saw this video first.

Blessings, John 3:16. Jesus loves you.

Would it be the same for 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse
Bruno Sousa Really don't know
AliMECH thanks
this is why anything electric on a car is fuckin asinine hand crank never causes you problems. Even expensive cars use cheap plastic shit.
is this a problem with lancers? 3 of my windows fell ...........
This is a problem in Big Auto across the board.
My lancer did the same
2 of my windows have fallen so far. I think I'm gonna try to fix one and if it works, go ahead and replace all the others, too.
Nice job

Mine did... too complex tutorial
It's my old video, but you need to rewind the cable again on the plastic wheel again if the cable not broken and it will work again

Music sucks
