Im not a drummer, by any means, and was born in the 80s, but there's just something about 70s recording and instruments. It's like perfection with 'imperfect' instruments. There's just something raw about this. Thanks for the work you've done to isolate this. Brilliant shh, bro 🍻
electric lady land you could tell had a bit of a different sound compared to his first two, probably because he didn’t have chas chandler working with him anymore

Looks like Pro Tools Mitch Mitchel was phenomenal perfect backup to a virtuoso guitarist like Hendrix a fill every 2 measures. No one since gas been able to pull this off nitice I didn't say before though because Krupa was the first to fill through a whole song. but Mitchell was the first to do it to a song with vocals.
Drum isolation is the hext best thing to an actual drum lesson.

Thank you!
1:14 the bell sound 😍😍😍
Those rolls, that stompin bass drum the attitude ...all priceless!
Sadly no one tunes their toms like this these days
What a fucking monster such a shame the hendrix experience always buried the drum and bass tracks

Mitch Mitchell was really let down by the recordings, especially compared to Zeppelin or The Beatles albums from the same era.
I never thought the drums were buried in Jimi Hendrix recordings. Especially compared to other recordings of the era.
I easily tune out every other track but the drums on “Fire”. There is no hiding the greatness on that one.
You deserve a medal for this, thank you
Thank you!
Great job, I was finding it hard to play this by ear until I found your video. Thanks 👍
Thank you!
1 word.. AMAZING!
No other drummer had mitch Mitchell's chops
FENÓMENO!
Cool. Every time I hear a drummer cover this, they play hi-hat on the verses. There is no hi-hat!
Even Mitch played it with the hi-hat live

Cool track!! What software did you use?
Thanks, they are multitracks (.mogg or .ogg) and I open them with Audacity.
