    really nice video, kapalbhati aur hansne mein koi zada pharak nahi, kia apko lagta hai ke jo apne list batia hai jin logon ko karna nahi chahiye kia un logon ke liye hansna theek hai and nahin, please batayen.

    Thanks Madam! Very useful advice! I was doing it for 30 minutes @ 80 to 90 times per minute. Due to that I have lost my weight drastically. I also suddenly surged my BP up. I think due to this. Doctor told me I don't have any major problem. He prescribed me one very mild does of BP tablet. He told me to continue my all Yoga exercises except for Sarvangasana. I am practicing all the asanas except Sarvangasana now a days. In Pranayama I am doing Anulom Vilom and Deep Breathing. Can I practice Kapalbhati also, as advised by you? I don't have any heart problem right now. Will Kapalbhati done properly can cure this BP as well? I want to be free from taking any medicines. Kindly advise me and oblige.

      Thanks! For high bp chandra bhedi is the best. You can also practice anulom vilom, bhramari and om chanting . Kapalbhati is not meant to cure BP. Stay blessed

    Kspalbhati aur anulome vilome karne se 10 days mien weight gain hoga madhu ji ne kaha hai. Par miene kiya 10 din se jyada lekin undet weight hi hai. Kab weight badega.
