What an absolutely pathetic company. Something like this should NEVER happen, and customers shouldn't need a workaround to access their purchased products. It is so sad that things like this aren't even rare.

These videos are useless. Epic says there is supposed to be "Try another way" at the bottom of the Two-Factor since I am not receiving the email. Every time I go to the help it loops me back to the same page and cant even create a ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is literally, and I do mean literally, no way to create a support ticket unless you can log in to your account. So if 2FA is the issue, you are simply done with Epic. What a joke of a company.
