I have tried over 9 diffrent strategies and none of them work and this one did not work either! It stll shows error code 2755, but my pc is legit BRAND NEW! What do i do to fix it?

The epic games launcher installer doesent go to my pc, it just downloads and goes to the taskbar without going to my file explorer or nothing, and when i install it just does the prematurely thing again, can anyone help please?
