Germ D. Gator not true at all. It depends on your perspective. The first car I drove (which I drove for a few months) was my moms Mercedes r350 (old, broken, and poor handling, although I didn’t know it at the time.)
Long story short, I drove my dad’s Volvo V50, and holy heck it was WORLDS better. I didn’t shed a tear, but the five cylinder sounds SO good (favorite engine btw) and the car comparatively handled so well that I just loved every second of it.
I’m hoping for the same story when I hopefully buy a Miata or something similar in the future. :)

Going to a car factory is an awesome experience. I bought my Mercedes AMG here and picked it up in the factory in Sindelfingen. I was given the royal treatment. From a factory tour to lunch and desserts to looking at concept cars. I then went to AMG headquarters in Affalterbach and was given a one on one tour with one of their senior directors. It was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it if you are a car nut. The customer service was on a completely different level. It put the dealership here to extreme shame. When returning the car, I saw 2 parked Maybachs. I asked about them and was told "Those are the loaners you get if your was not ready". 😳
I visited the Ducati Factory too, just the awesome experience a fanboy would expect.
Being a Ducatista (parent company lamborghini) , i agree with the attitude thing , cuz when I buy a ducati , it's not just about performance, it's about the godly feelings package and the bragging rights , and the emotion of the vehicle , you don't go to an Yamaha R1 and ask her , what's her wish , you do that with the ducati , it's not a cold machine, it's as if its alive , and that's what i say and believe as a Ducatista and a Honourable Euro Motorcycle Snob.

As an italian who lives in the area, I have to say, this video warmed my heart in a way that I didn't expect. Not because of your appreciation for Lamborghini, but for how I saw you fall in love with their way of doing it and also the places where they do it.
I've been working for a year in a job where I travel a lot, and where I sometimes had the opportunity to explore even more the countryside between Bologna and Modena. Seeing things like road signs to Castelfranco when I watch videos of Pagani makes me smile, but seeing your eyes get watery after driving a Lamborghini on the SP255 between with a Punto here and a tractor there, it just warms my heart in a way that I didn't expect.

Lambo never forgets their origin. From building & testing tractors for the farm, now they are testing the same lambo brand machine across the farm with the tractors. Never forget where you come from.
This isnt 100% accurate , yes most testing Lambo does in the public roads but the serious testing happens in racetracks , mostly at Imola race track ,Ferrari also does testing in public roads even that they have their own race track.

I have a friend who lives there and always tells me stories about that "crazy old guy" which I think is Balboni. Once when he was testing the diablo he went off-road at like 300Kph to avoid a tractor and destroyed both the car and an entire row of pear trees.

I've driven most what is most likely the litteral car you drove (exact same spec anyway), at the same location, same roads, same speeds, behind the steering wheel with a Lamborghini test driver next to me. One of the best things I've ever done in my life. You can do a (payed) test drive across the street from the factory, I can highly recommend it to anyone going to Italy. Go for at least 15 minutes, because you'll need the first 10 to get used to that sound. Trust me. I've done 10 minutes the first time which was too short, so on my 30th birthday I went back and did it for 2 hours.

Lamborghini has special licenses for road-testing production vehicles prior to shipment. Ferrari has the same deal.
Solid white lines are more of a suggestion than a rule in Italy.
If you watch the grand tour, you’ll know how cops in italy doesn’t give a fuck about speeding
@@nicholasantonio5535 they give only when they need some money. If an italian cop gives you a speeding ticket it probably means a tube broke in the police centre. Plus you gotta pay attention to the speed cameras. People from the cities usually memorize the location of them and power-brake a couple of meters before, people from the countryside simply destroy them as soon as they are installed/repaired 😎
