This was an EXCELLENT video, I've been looking for videos like this. Although, I'm a beginner in Korean, I understood 99% of the conversation here. It makes me feel happy. And this helps my intonations. I hope there will be more like these! Thanks for making this video!!
Their voices were so soft it was hard for me to hear and understand. I turned on the close caption as well so that I could try to copy down in my notes what they were saying. Thank you for the lesson.

It wasn't the volume so much as the not speaking clearly enough , felt like they were mumbling . One could say they were talking into the phone as oppose to out loud for us listening
