Long video format is something I’m really keen to keep producing. If you too like to see more in-depth content, please like, comment, share if possible and subscribe to continue the amazing growth I’ve experienced across all platforms. Genuinely so grateful to be given such a presence in a world so loud right now.
For me, romanticising the everyday reminds me of everything I have to be grateful for. I liked the video 😊
That’s precisely why I want to make these Lauren, taking us away from the serotonin enduring short form content and slowing it down to appreciate the small things.
I watched that far 🎉loved it 💜💜💜
Its a comfort to know your out there doing your thing in Kernow, god bless Jack Lad
I'm in love with this video! You feel it when you watch🥲
Loved it Jack! Loved the simplicity and the fact that it’s unpretentious. I’m enjoying the cooking content and the dog and the beautiful rustic Cornish scenery. Love the music too. Thank you x
What a lovely comment to receive - thank you for watching Jayne.
The whole folding of laundry task and shit week, I feel you. Thank you for motivating me to fold my laundry today ❤️ Hoping this next week is better for you
Hopefully you people see me doing the grindy stuff to get you back up on the horse, it might motivate others to do so too.
Loved this!! ❤ so much resonated and it was lovely and calming to watch. Sweet doggy too 😊 thanks for sharing x
Thanks for taking to time to watch Carey.
Hi Jack, I really enjoyed this. Loved the slow living pace and I think showed a true side to what life is like for many of us. Would definitely enjoy more videos 😊
Glad you enjoyed it Charlotte - I do plan to make a few more for sure.
Watched this video after i was feeling a bit anxious today when i got home from work and it really helped me to work through it, i love this sort of content and would defo be keen to see more of it, moved away from the UK recently and makes me miss the countryside back home to, big love x
Really appreciate the kind words here Josh, and i am glad you found some comfort watching this.
It's something I'm looking to invest into more, once RUclips picks up a little bit - that way I can dedicate more time and funds towards the projects.
I do not mean this as an insult; but I love how...untidy/not perfect your place looks. Like yes, you are indeed showing the beauty that exists in these small, everyday moments and then narrating it by those internal thoughts you have when you are given such a headspace to do so by just doing those mindless tasks BUT you are not doing it against some insta-perfect, but made to look slightly imperfect, background. No, we see the dishes, the clutter in the room, the shit we all wake up to and inevitably go to bed to. Good job me thinks.
So glad I found you on tik tok
Such a great video. Made my day 🥰🤟🏻
I'm not one to comment on a youtube video... this was too genuine not to. Adapting to solitude after a period of stimulation is such an unexpected challenge. I moved to Maine from Virginia in the middle of the pandemic in hopes of a similar adventure. Even the down moments still need to be appreciated. Thank you for this!
Love the content mate. “Romanticising normal”… finding this content really good for my own head. Keep it up 🙏
You got it Tyler, hoping it sparked something for you.
Great way to stsrt my day! Looking forward to more.
More to come!
Enjoyed that Jack. Certainly an accurate representation of Cornwall/rural living. I did the opposite, moving from a hamlet near St Agnes to Bristol, mainly for a quicker pace of life. Keep up the great content; enjoying seeing your journey and the reminders of what I miss!
Thanks mate - I haven’t spent any time up in Bristol and I’m very tempted to test it out for a bit also, how’s you find it?
I made a visit over a weekend and it made my mind up straight away. Bristol has a real identity and community feel for a ‘city’. Plenty of events through the year…green spaces…good pubs…plus South Wales coast/mountains/River Wye and Cotswolds on the doorstep.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video - so refreshingly authentic, raw and real. Much of what you shared resonates with me. Romanticizing "normal $h#t", is to remember the beauty of Simplicity :) - Greetings from Canada!
Thanks Monique, I’m glad you resonated with it.
Sometimes, you need to just pull back, rest, and reflect because one can get burnt out from building and going all the time. I do like the long video.
Love it bro 😆
Thanks broski
this is such a chilled out watch i fucking love
Thanks for watching O! Miss you brother
Keep up the gd stuff :)

I’m new to
Filming and I am trying to figure out how you get all those shots. I think you have a natural ability to story tell. I also totally get the loneliness side, when you choose to be alone it’s ok but when it’s put on you sometimes you can start to think too much. Keep up the filming and can’t wait to see your new ventures to come.
Great video Jack really nice to watch. Personally love a balance of stillness and you talking which I think you’ve nailed. I feel like as you’re included in the content you do need to connect with your audience through engagement. Looking forward to the next one!
You get it Josh. I have a few other ideas and days where I’m going to try and highlight more of life like this.
@@beachbuminasuit thank you Jack! Just started my own channel about motorcycles and the great outdoors so I’m battling with this balance too! Above all, you are a top bloke and just remain true to yourself and the type of videos that bring you joy. If long form less “vlogger” style work then people still have your short form to engage with on a more personal level!
Only thumbs down…spreading butter with a spoon.🧚
Don’t knock it until you try it Kendall!
Even worse, I hate that I want to.
@@kendallsouth it will change your way of life.
I found parts of this boring Jack. Washing your pots etc I ended up skipping quite a lot. Obviously this is your second video so you’ll keep developing but just some constructive criticism mate
Mate I really appreciate the honesty and keeping it real with me on this. The video was meant to highlight the mundane, show someone getting out of a mental slump and that’s exactly what it did. I get it’s a niche style of video but it’s something I’m going to look to hone in on for sure. Thanks for taking the time to watch and digest though dude, genuinely.
@@beachbuminasuit Ah okay, I get you. It was only bits to be fair. I’ve been looking forward to your RUclips vids for a good while now 🙌🏼 Keep up the positivity and good work x
great start to your RUclips journey, a good lesson in taking it slow and not feeling guilty about it! love to work together on a project soon with @helfordlife
Appreciate the love here Luke.
