He was the hardest training current pro. He was on his way to being one of the best if not the best. To much to fast in many ways. I wouldn't of thought anything of it at that age either. But yes there is such a thing as too much to soon with modern humane growth potential. Not just a athlete with guts and motivation and training intelligence. But a modest good guy. He would of done the sport a proper. God Bless You Dallas.
He killed himself albeit having abundant information about the deadliness of the abuse of steroids and HGH. He is exactly the opposite of what a bodybuilder should stand for. A sport that relies on drugs is not a sport, it's a freak show for mentally unbalanced people.
the one thing nobody is talking about here is even more a problem a enlarged heart , believe my entire life has changed being in my 50,s now , all these bodybuilders powerlifters better take notice its no joke
Love Dallas, he's got such great potential IF he doesn't get injured. Lifts and work level is impressive, but all that spinal flexion and buckling is going to eventually hurt him. I hope he sees his video with constructive criticism and finds a lifting coach who will make his technique and safety a much higher priority.
+Brandon Baxter yes, when you get to a certain level in your career. Every single pro has once power lifted to build a strength base. He's young and has the energy to do so. With age you start to make accommodations to best fit you to maximize training intensity
Someone grab this before this is lost.. Who cares about the lag....It's Great that this is documented and explained about lifting heavy ass weight off the floor, period and what that does and people don't go there anymore, they just want the momentary pump, and the selfie! I already have a copy saved of this jewel, thank you guys @MDevelopment. Thanks Dallas, RIP brother

H W I totally agree with you but Phil will last for a long time because of the way trains. His genetics are that good to keep him going without the heavy compound movements. I like the way Dallas trains though😊
4subvoid4 everyone that is in the ifbb trains hard as fuck, idk where this assumption came that pros don't train hard as hell today. Sure, Phil goes more for isolation and volume, but so what, he still works incredibly hard when the tape isn't rolling.
I can sincerely be sorry for what he did to himself and how he ended up. There is nothing noble in his life no achievement can overcome the fact he is gone.
I'm not sure about a heavy deadlift guarantees a thick back. I love Larry Wheels and he's doing 855 for 3 reps and yet his back is actually a weak point of his, surprisingly.
His back and chest is actually his strongest feature. Its his legs and arms that kinda suck. Flat triceps. Small forearms and very skinny calves. Quads also not very big for a guy who can squat 800lbs.
@@MrInzombia, his chest looks amazing. His back has come up, but still is lacking. He'll never be a BB. He was blessed with strength. He should just concentrate on that.
After you’re on PEDs you can grow a ton of muscle with hard work ofcourse. This guy clearly pushed inhumane limits. He didn’t only lift heavy, but trained without any rest. He is lifting heavy without rest. This had put a lot of strain on his heart. He has masked those effects with more and more anabolics usage. One day it suddenly showed up and he had a massive cardiac arrest. Ofcourse training like this , can cause breathing issues and might lead to weakening of his lungs and choking. Even when you are on steroids, there is a certain limit a body can handle. 😅 That being said, Bodybuilding industry will miss this gem.😊❤ RIP , Big Country
The autopsy said he had severe cardiomegaly, concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, and moderate to severe coronary artery atherosclerosis. So enlarged heart, thickening of the wall within the left ventricle AND severe plaque build up in the arteries. At 26!
+john Osterwoamn, dude 2 bananas a day? What the fuck? He is on at least 30 day if not more. 2 aint enough for him. Plus he also takes apples as secondary compound and berries for jump starting the juicing procedure.
Dear Dallas. Dude you are a beast for sure. 800 lb dead lift and 405 barbell row etc. Total respect. That being said, if you want to be on the level of Dorian Yates you will need to do those pullovers and pullups at the beginning of your workout not at the end. Add some bench pullovers and lat pulldowns too perhaps. Your upper back is insane but your lower outer lats are way behind everything else.
zeppafloyd he hits alot of upper back, even his rows , he stays really bent, perfect for Teres rhomboids and traps but he kinda neglects isolating the lats. Also his body is probably structured so the lats are less activated, so yeah he needs to hit some better isolating lat workouts, pull downs, and switch to reverse grip barbell rows, more t-bar too. elbows less flared automatically hits lats harder
I'm sure he knows what he's doing and doesn't need advice from some random ass guy on the internet who's probably half his size. Body-part developments are mostly genetic, not based on specific training styles.
His Coach is right on 1 thing. Dead Lifts will really show up on a Physique, but at this level and weight mixed with drugs the Core will thicken out and the stomach will look big. I love Dallas's Physique now. But say good bye to those "Lines" because in 5 years the Core will look just like all the rest of the big guts, and there is know going back.....ask Ronnie, Jay, and Wolf...they never looked the same after they crossed the line....All are successful and made lots of money, but there is a huge pool of fans out there that no longer want to see that look, that's why they all want Levrone to Kick ass in his comeback.
HGH, insulin, and steroids. Yes that is very true. But my point is the excessive drugs mixed with the huge weights brings on that distinct and unpleasing "Gut Look". Some bodybuilders do not get crazy with the compound movements after they reach good size. Look at Cedric McMillan, Dexter Jackson, Toney Freeman, and even your current Mr Olympia Phil Heath. You will never see these guys doing 700 and 800 pound dead lifts or insane squats, or any excessive compound movements, because its not necessary. Sylvester Stallone uses the crap out of HGH and he does not walk around with a huge HGH gut.
I agree but if you think how many fans Ronnie had because of his strenght. If he can show some big lifts he will be a bigger star. But your right it's a risk.

Rare breeds only pull that kind of weight. Those disc will tell u better than anything. We want to see you dominate for years to come. Good luck 👍
Looks fantastic here - but in the last few months before he passed he was looking unhealthy... Struggling to breath which is a common trenbolone side...He was overdoing it & such a shame because he could have gone right to the top, and such a nicer guy than Heath...

and this is why Dallas is thick and dense for his age. He trains hard and heavy with strength goals in off-season. Earning it. Respect.
pete rubish trains there too
I start breathing heavy and getting tired by WATCHING him do this! AMAZING!
