I m sorry to say but iskcon is exceptionally amazing when it comes to building temples, however they need to put more attention towards designing gardens.... Maybe japanese techniques could help

However, ISKCON gardens are designed to reflect the essence of Vrindavan, where Lord Krishna performed His pastimes. Following Srila Prabhupada's guidance, we prioritize Vedic traditions and spiritual aesthetics over other styles, such as Japanese techniques. We hope the completed gardens will inspire devotion and provide a serene experience for all visitors.
Not a good idea place the Lord standing in the lobby where people walk with their shoes and sit while the Lord stands like a peon. Don't follow what the karmi interior designers do.

Footwear is strictly removed at the temple entrance, and the placement of the deity has been carefully planned under the guidance of senior devotees to reflect devotion and respect.
