Coach Curtis : "Some games it can be 300 in 25 mins and some other games it can be 180 in' 25 minutes " *Me with 120 cs by min 25 every game* : yea yeah true
You game knowledge is insane same with your skill of making people understand you hope you get bigger because you defenatly deserve it you are the only coatch that I can watch one whole hour keep it up!
There should also be another video of when you're on the receiving end: what to do when they have a split pusher (tryndamere, yorick, etc) and you need to decide whether to prevent them from splitpushing or to group up and potentially take a 5v4
Your videos have helped me realize my own mistakes. For example, the other day I realized that I had issues a lot of games because I could win my lanes pretty much 70% of the time, but I didn't know how to take full advantage of my lead, which usually costs me games. Used to blame my teammates for feeding their lanes and tilting, but know I'm starting to realize that most of the time I'm just as responsable for the loss as them. Now I'm trying to learn how to take advantage of leads, and I'm confident I'll get out of silver and at least end up in plat.
That is a good problem to have, because if you are winning lane but not translating leads, your climb will be easy once you figure out whats going wrong
@@CoachCurtis Finding your videos a couple weeks ago has brought me back to mid lane. Played since S2 and mostly casually playing support, never climbed ranked more than 50 games a season. But seeing the way you break down the game got me excited, 78% winrate climbing out from the depths of bronze, feelsweirdbutgoodman.
I got a complete rank higher than last season: plat 4 --> d4. And i think its mostly due to your videos (and covid sadly). Thanks for all these videos. The fact that you do this for free makes me appreciate it even more. (Excuse my english)
The issue most players face with farming, especially mid laners, is the constant fighting that happens during the mid game. You cant rely on your teammates to hold the wave or disengage if a fight is looking imminent. The champion i play also doesn't help since I'm required to stabilise teamfights in order to win fights. But otherwise great video as usual curtis
Like I said in the video though, that is where you adapt, you have to adapt to the game pace, the level of engage threat, and given what has happened so far in the game the tendencies of the players. I also mentioned that you wont have 250 CS by 25 mins every single game, so they aren't really 'random' as such.
Coach Curtis I main akali I but I heard she is bad at climbing, I have not gone into ranked but what other champs can I play that are similar to akali?
Can't thank you enough for all what you are doing for us Curtis, I'm learning through my mistakes by realizing in your video what I did wrong in my decision making. I don't know many people that replay their games and analyze it like you do, I think we should all be doing that more to learn how we play while focused since it is harder to play and analyze at the same time!
Great guide, I was ok with farm, but for me it was a big commitment to go to the sidelane at the expense of leaving my team, this definitely helped me understand how to farm AND make good decisions to group.
These videos are really helpful. I'm currently unranked and planning to start soloq once I feel more confident about playing the game. I don't need to just play a bunch of games and try and learn only from replays now, because these videos are so well done! Thank you!
A lot of it is experience. Trying to keep everything in your head while playing is pretty hard. You should work on one thing at a time, starting with farming well and making sure youre not dying for no reason.
You seriously put the most time and effort into these guides. I have not seen another channel put this level of effort into anything. Keep on keeping on brother! Thank you!
Thx for the great video as always coach. It's amazing to get a new video so soon right after the Zed guide. I will make sure to re-watch it multiple times and use it to polish my mid game macro (and together with the Zed guide, improve my Zed carry potential). I can't stress enough how grateful we are for ur work and dedication. Thx for everything Coach. See ya on the next video.

Curtis! If you would be smurfing in bronze and play katarina. 1. What would be your goal? 2. What mistakes would you probable notice at enemis and how would you use it in your advantage? If I got level 7 on katarina does it help me to climb? I looked at low elo teir list and saw that katarina is pretty high on ladder. I enjoy playing this champ, and as you said, if you love playing youre chosen champ you will improve faster. Thank you for all videos and answered quiestions! Good bye!
Key Takeaways: - If there's no current objectives, have Mid farm top, ADC farm mid, and Top farm bot. Try to get waves shoved in, and have your jungle hover you if it's unsafe. -Try to sync back timings with jg -Keep in mind your team's positions when farming sidelanes and prepping objectives in order to make sure you're safe
talking about the importance of mid tier 1 turret. i think some of the western teams need to come back to this concept if they want to get more wins at worlds.
Keep up these solo q concepts videos, they're amazing. A personal question I wanted to ask was whether playing 2-4 games a day is enough to climb from d3 to masters. Let's say we were working on solidifying or maintaining a concept every game.
Hi mate, I really like your videos. It's the best coaching advises I discovered in RUclips. Your main content is build around midlane, but I'm a jungler and I even get more good information about how to play jungle from your videos bcs you don't make those usual which meta jungler ist the best etc. Videos. But ist there someone you would recommend for really learning how to improve in the jungle and maybe supp position? Thx David
Interesting that the main theme seems to be you're really thinking about the team comps and actual gank threat, etc. Made me really I'm usually essentially autopiloting re: risk. I'm just playing off "game sense" or my actual knowledge of where people are. I'm never pushing it farther considering the actual threat levels. Also the engage levels to know what might happen at the ARAM.
Yo coach if your taking request on champion guides i would really appreciate if you did a fiora guide. Fiora being one of them so yh if you want request i would like to see this one.
@coach curtis How do we go about implimenting what coahc curtis taught in his videos? Do you put a notepad at the side and writing what are the few things you want to focus on? In pubs or in rank(Pubs= players might not be playing their main, rank= you might lose alot or smth). And is there a step by step to know what i should focus on first?
You put alot of effort in your videos and I appreciate it. Do you have any advice about that?
Baby steps, focus on one aspect at a time until it becomes somewhat instinctive. It doesn't mean that you have to disregard the rest, just don't focus on it too much.

I haven't watched his annie guide, but the reason why you go Rylai's/Liandry's is because its great for tibbers. And since tibbers got buffed for annie its one of her strongest builds.
