If it wasn't such a serious thing it might have been funny but it is just so dangerous. You must have never been in an emergency situation where you have to call 911. Someday you'll both probably need 911 for something in your life and maybe they will be too preoccupied with prank calls to save yours! He wasn’t really mad considering I was only 6 or 7, but it’s still very stupid to do. DO NOT PRANK CALL THE COPS!!!! Mom and dad were pissed.
