The only ghost film I have been watched was acted by Fala Chen. I was scared. But back then she had less movie character, so I pushed myself not to miss it even I dont like the film hahahahaha finally now MARVEL omg omg omg proud of her and wow my idol wow wow wow love her way of speaking love her face love her since tvb. As a fans, I dont actually expect that she will go to this big big stage. And I believe that this will be a new start in her art industry. Looking forward to how she will surprise mr in future. Actually all of the stars spoke about Asian hare in almost every interview. Simu Liu did it eloquently in "The View". I love one that Michelle Yeoh spoke about it too. Every Asian star in the movie have talked about it.
just because of the stars and the work they put in this movie, i would have loved to see it released on chinese cinemas, but it seems they dont care much about hollywoke and disney anymore... the slots are given to chinese and hk movies instead most likely now.
Well she lived for many years as she grew up in the U.S. But yes her English is all but perfect. I think Carina Lam and Fala are the only actresses who speak English with such fluency and with little or no accent.

To Asians, we are not really bothered about whether Shang-Chi is the first Asian Marvel movies, bla bla bla. It’s just another Marvel movie that have our more familiar HK stars in it. But it’s good to see Tony being recognised on a more global scale.
Seriously though I am Asian and as I was growing up I had no problem relating or looking up to super heroes who wasn't my ethnicity as at the end of the day I knew it's all about universal human values such as justice, service, sacrifice, and making a difference for others and it shouldn't be about skin colours. I frankly don't know who would have so little empathy that they can't relate to a role model who isn't their race and I don't like the way this is being racialized as a marketing plot for Asian markets. The world has enough divides already.

The values of the super hero should be the same. You're right about that but why was it only portrayed as powerful caucacians? Asians have been portrayed as evil and weak in these movies. Only in recent years where the studios recognize diversity and start portraying heros of various background. I hope to see this trend continue.
Fala is so beautiful. Actually I think it is not that meaningful just because they finally make an asian hero in their university, like, we asians are finally accepted by the westerns? We should be creating our own IPs, to tell more realistic asian stories to the world, and that's more meaningful than this.
