Knave 2e is incredible. Easily my most-played RPG this year (first with the PDF, now with the physical book) and my go-to system. Thanks for covering this. This game deserves a lot of attention. It is amazing.

This makes me excited but sad at the same time. 2e looks really great, but if you missed the kickstarter like I did, it seems like you're SoL. Have you heard anything on when it will be available for purchase or (my worry) am I hosed because it was a limited printing for the kickstarter? Questing Beast Blog has said "coming soon" on that for what has to be a year at this point.

@OrcusDorkus I'm not sure, but it is on Pg. 71 under Classlessness. "I've tried to make each ability score as useful as possible to avoid there being an obvious 'dump stat'" I assume he means like in some D&D-type games, Dexterity is for initiative, ranged combat, dodging, etc. It is super useful.
14 minutes on Knave, 20 on my sciatica, 15 on a good biscuits and gravy recipe, 10 on me complaining about the Rascal article regarding RPGs built for APs. 4 on me complaining about what I ate earlier. 😅 You know, typical.
This has been bothering me for a bit: your audio is WAY too clear for a completely unprofessional presentation. There needs to be a washer/dryer running in the background. And maybe even sound like you're talking in a tin can. So you're only semi unprofessional. LOL

The answer to why wisdom is the ranged stat is in the designer commentary.
Essentially it was to avoid Dex being a dump stat.
