@Crestfire, you know why I said this. I often go fishing and while leaving the spot make sure that I collect all my garbage but despite this nobody cares, not even my fishing buddies, not to speak of people around.

Maybe if those continuous tensions with India get sorted out or solved completely,then we can focus more over our such issues,especially over the related issues in case of this trash problem,because due to these non-sensical tensions we are simply unable to have a safer or stable socio-economic environment which is somewhat very conducive to our improvement & development(whether human or non-human) efforts.

It reminds me of when i was in school and everyday kids in my school use to do the same thing during lunch break, although there were janitors and sweeper but school principal ordered that all kids at the end 4-5 mins of break should pick up all the garbage and clear the ground. Believe me that big school ground filled with litter used to be cleaned in 4-5 mins by thousand kids. It had been very difficult for 3-4 old women to pick all that garbage by themselves so that's why principal insisted kids should pick it up.
