In respect of local culture and values, foreign visiting women and men should dress modestly. Everyone including men and women will be more open and welcoming to a foreigner if he dresses modestly, particularly in remote and rural areas.
Of course! I wasn't critisizing the way of dress in Pakistan, just saying that I made a mistake when it came to dress and I was misinformed by other videos, so I wanted to keep others from making the same mistake. I also wouldn't say that I wasn't modest, just that I dressed noticeably different from locals when I thought I wouldn't stand out that much (the most unmodest thing I wore was a short sleeve tshirt). In my experience tho, I felt like it was more important to dress modestly in the cities tho, at least when it comed to avoiding being stared at

Taxila is rich in historical sites, including Sirkap, the Taxila Museum, Jullian Monastery, the Taxila Art Village, and many more, which are especially significant for followers of Buddhism. Thanks for visiting
