I'm open to different perspectives, but I'm gonna say it. The ADTW is one of the worst jet premiums in the game. Weapons: Vulcans are great, but the missiles are sub par at best. 9P's are avg at it's br, but the 7E is useless at anything not traveling in a straight line within 8km, not including the fact that it's limited by its radar. Decent bomb load makes it a good base bomber, but base bombing is lame (IMO). Radar and RWR: RWR is fine for it's br, but not having any kind of look down radar really hampers the viability of it's already limited armaments. Airframe: F4 frame is decent at what it was meant to do. Which is being a boom and zoom missile boat. Unfortunately, the only thing this version might do better than the others is gunfight due to it's internal cannon. Which, with the F4 design, you dont want to get in turn fights anyways. Playing this aircraft really does feel like "Playing the F4C with flares", which is honestly kind of a let down. Not sure if it needs PD radar, 7E-2's, or maybe just a slight bump in br down. But something needs to happen, because with it being the only top tier grinder for JP Air, it kinda blows. Feel free to reply with counterpoints. I really do want to like this aircraft. I just can't with the place it's in currently.
@burntwaffles626 hey man, not here to spread hate. I'm just sharing my thoughts as I think all nations should have a premium fighter that's somewhat competitive in air RB. Nations like JP and IT are kind of lacking it that department.
