From what I can tell, you would need to use a helper column (similar to what I do in this video) and would then use a COUNTIFS formula so that you can have multiple criteria being checked. Essentially the same as I use in the second half of this video with my NPS calculator.

Hii i have a range of data... Is it possible to add an countif function to the filter data.. That changes value as i filter my range.
