I salute you, Mr. Vic! I was touched by this video. A friend of mine from India asked me if it had happened to me in my childhood that someone tried to use me sexually. Saturn is in the 4th house in Taurus and squares the Sun in Aquarius. My stepfather cowardly tried it. I knew immediately, like the instinct of a roe deer, and wisely avoided.No one saved me but myself. There are many more meanings that I can describe here as life in the countryside, sculpture, lack of self-confidence! But as the years go by I have fewer and fewer problems.I'm an artist. Wow, I'm writing to much . Funny, I thought about self-control also 😅

I'm a woman but you sorta look like me and remind me of me in manner and feeling and thought and that's part of why I thought so- it pleases me so much when intuitive hits like these are confirmed 💜 I am Rohini Moon in the 8th- like an innocent child playing somewhere dangerous where they should not be, as Rohini is innocent and loving and full of life but the 8th house is scary, foreboding and full of death. I'm very thankful I have found your youtube channel and your teachings of nakshatras through the ancient stories. I have Venus in Rohini 3rd pada (3rd house), ASC in Pisces Uttara Bhadra pada 4, conjunct Ketu. My atmakaraka is Mercury in Revati pada 3, Moon in Aswini pada 3. Innately, I need to have a deeper knowledge and a deeper meaning of things surrounding me. Other explanations of vedic astrology without the vedic stories are superficial ad not reaching the deeper meaning of what vedic astrology truly is. Having Venus in Revati pada 3, I experienced the reversed actions. I have a strong repulsion over the needy partners and run away from them. They exhaust me and having a needy men next to me dries me out. Interestingly, they follow me persistently and the more they follow the farther I go. (about the eyes: people first notice my eyes (unusual colors, yellow with green on the outside), they think I wear contacts. I was told they are hypnotizing). Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Would I be asking too much to do a series (when you have time of course) about debilitated planets in a natal chart and all the details because I for instance have a Revati Jupiter but placed in my 10th house while my Aries Bharani is completely debilitated for Saturn. Question: when you calculate a birth chart are you using the degree placements for tropical astrology, and then laying the nakshatra over that with degrees matching the vedic system? Or do the nakshatra designated degrees shift like the sign placements do? Example: tropical ascendant 29°5' capricorn Siderial ascendant 6°53 capricorn -So does my ascendant fall into uttraAshadha pada 4 and as such Abijht (this is why I'm at this video) or is it in dhanishtha ? nakshatras are stars (siderus). Hence use a sideral (stellar) coordinate system for them. Signs are not stars, they are markers (tropos) of the Sun's ecliptic. Hence use tropical coordinates for them. THUUUUUUUUS nakshatra and signs don't maintain a permanent relationship.

It is very far from the ecliptic. I am not sure what the proper ecliptic coordinate should be. But we say it is at the end of uttarashadha. Perhaps this means the yoga-tara is not in fact Veda. Those whose expertise is ancient astronomy should really be asked.

By nature he is cold and dry, and Rohini is completely opposite to that. How Shani behaves when he is in Rohini? Does it make him softer or he dries out a creativity in a native?
Think of it like this, if you're put in a particular situation, you will mould yourself in order to fit in that situation so that it serves you in the best possible way but that doesn't mean you'd lose your personality. Correct? similarly, any planet placed in a particular nakshatra will give the result of It's true self but it will be modified as an extension of their own personality. Hope that helps.
Also, Saturn or Shani is Karma karaka, it will not forget or lose sight of It's job. Read a bit about Saturn's nature and also the nakshatra you want to know about. Now the interesting stuff, the characteristics will overlap in the sense the planet will behave accordingly but not giving up on it's true nature.
Also, another piece of useful information is that every nakshatra is divided into 4 padas. Every nakshatra has a ruling planet but not just that, every pada has a ruling planet as well. The pada a planet lies in also plays a major role. Do look at the pada any particular planet lies in.
Along with the sideral vs tropical debate I reckon there is a confusion regarding the 27 equal nakshatra system vs the 28 unequal nakshatra system. What's your take regarding this
Taittiriya clearly supports 27 equal. 28th is misunderstood as it is not an ecliptical nakshatra. Its not on the ecliptic, it is the north pole, the pivot point
